If necessary, we are willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with you to ensure that your files will not be shared with other clients and your products will not be sold to anyone else.
Certainly, we typically provide samples free of charge. However, there may be a fee for custom designs. The sample fee can be refunded when your order reaches a certain quantity.
We have our designers. So JPG, AI, CDR, PDF and others are accepted. We can make 3D drawing for molds or printing screen for your final confirmation based on techniques.
Usually we prefer 30% T/T deposit, for sample costs, PayPal are accepted.
If you choose to customize only the logo and packaging for our best-selling and new products, the lead time is 20 days. For other products, the lead time is 60 days. However, for OEM projects, the lead time will be determined based on the specifics of the project.
Our products can pass FDA, LFGB, REACH, and other relevant testing certifications.
