We are what we eat. If we want
to have good health, we need to eat healthy food. Avoid
saturated fats and hydrogenated oils; replace them with
organic olive oil.
Extra virgin olive oil, with its intense fruity taste
and low smoke point of 250 degree [not good for cooking],
should be added for flavor after cooking a dish, mixed
into dressings or drizzled on bread. Use plain olive oil
with smoke point 410 degree for cooking instead.
