| A: For items with custom-made
packaging the minimum order quantity for each item is 2,000 sets. |

| A: 6 items in one 20ft.
container, 10 items in one 40ft. container, and 12 items in one HQ
container. |

What are the normal payment terms? |
| A: L/C at sight or T/T
30% the rest by fax copy of B/L. |

Do you accept future payment? |
| A: In principle no, unless
we have had 2 years of dealing with you and you have demonstrated
an impeccable payment record. |

| About Delivery |
| Q:
How long do you normally require for delivery? |
| A: 60 days. For orders that do not
contain wire or ceramic parts, 45 days are required. Delivery for
special order is to be reconfirmed with your sales representatives.
Delivery is also determined by production techniques required. |

| About Sample Charge
and Freight |

Do you provide free sample? |
| A: Provision of sample is NOT free
when accumulated price (based on sales price) exceeds US$30.- |

Is shipping of sample free? |
| A: If an order has been
placed, then we will provide a set of free confirmation sample or
shipping sample for that order. For other samples, collection of freight
will be required. |
